	Some people aren't lucky enough to have Black Belt yet. The extra Haste doesn't hurt if you do, and if you don't then it certainly helps a lot. 2011-03-31 15:10:46

	Ok so Tantra Head/Legs +2 and Blackbelt puts you at 25% haste already and yes you need 26% to be truely capped on haste. But do you think this means they will be removing haste cap or making it higher? 2010-12-08 11:20:54

	@Bowserx: I was speculating on this, too. With all of the new equipment that is out, and with our level cap getting higher and higher, it seems raising the haste cap would be a logical step. I'm waiting for new merits/increase in merit levels. 2010-12-08 19:56:29
