BST can reach a total of 14% pet haste with the inclusion of this fantastic item.

Not like we'd ever reach it, Either Way, Bring on the Pet:Haste gear.
That said, You can easily test if Jug pets have a gear haste cap. Haste Atma's in Abyssea are Gear haste, Get the Two of them.. One Sup, one Major (10% and 5% respectively)
14% from armor, and you should have 29%, Essentially you should be able to tell if your pet is getting 25%, or 29%.
That way, We can at least confirm either Pet:Haste armor is not counted toward some Gear haste for pets, or that Pets do not have a Gear Haste cap.
