It was a bit ago but they showed guys in the middle east straight up loading clips from AK47s into them and firing off the whole thing.

It does require people to do things like be responsible and a little bit of work and most of all patience.
There's also the thinking part since each case, by which I mean each individual person, requires a different method. Also there's always going to be people who will lose it no matter what, but I think that number could be relatively small if for instance the general public didn't go overboard with fear and safety over every type of event that's harmful.
Also it's late and I'm talking mostly philosophically now. So don't ask for details or more information at this time.

Lets be perfectly clear, their is noway three-fourths of the states will agree on changing the bill of rights, especially the 1st and 2nd amendment. Never.
Anyone with access to a mill and a lathe along with a machinist handbook and blue prints can make a rifle or pistol.

It certainly is possible that the Constitution can be amended, including repealing current amendments. Ted Cruz currently wants to end birthright citizenship, which would require repealing a part of the 14th Amendment. Possible? Sure.
