Man, those DRK hands make me wish scythe or great sword had a good magical WS. As it is, it doesn't even beat Flamma +2 or Raetic for MACC outside of dark magic, so it's just a crazy expensive minor upgrade to drain/aspir.
The RDM hands will be excellent if it's a raw +30 to the spells, but pretty forgettable if it's just +30%.

It depends on the QS proc rate I think. Hand slot already got 3% to 4% TS from oshosi so it may not be a huge improvement depending on proc rate, if at all.
QS proc also doesn't increase ws frequency over TS since we already 4 hit easy, just some extra tp for last stand/salute and a little bit of white dmg.

SEs answer to DRK Dynamis sanguine blade build.
Drg, Pup, Blm looks the best overall hands.... really sad how terrible relic+3 has been so far compared to the wow factor AF+3 had.
The only good thing is its nice to see that each melee job will have a wsd10 piece, lets just hope nin doesnt get fed over getting o acc on thier wsd piece this time lol.

If rdm hands give an actual +30 to stat from gain that's +55 stat. That's pretty nice stuff.

Bitter sweet feelings about PUP hands without a really solid single hit WS with decent SC properties/stat mods. Would have prefered 10% Crit Damage, shame no acc on the pet side too. Certainly not anything to write home about. 4/10 would not bang.

That's my point. Its a solid weapon skill damage piece for a job with no outstanding 1 hit ws. SS/SP/VS are the better chainers anyway. The subtle blow is very disappointing on the pet side, and the haste is useless when we would just use a piece with acc on it as well. Very underwhelming IMO.
well yes, not amazing but still BiS for much more than other jobs got. All dd jobs are getting +10wsd it seems in some slott, hands is a great one for that since its usually one of the weaker wsd slotts for most jobs.
But yes true that pups 100% useless outside of everything but solo play and a few nms at this point anyhow. SE needs to give them some love, but really how can they?

Truthfully I would have preferred a Pet WSD+10% piece instead. I still have issues with wanting to upgrade Foire Tobe+3 for the same reason, as is hard to fit it into sets. Need to have more master/automaton based gear so we don't suffer so much when forking over our ta herc augments for pet based stuff. Tali'ah was great, was hoping this set would give a few shinies. ; ;

Looking at it again, DRK hands are probably BIS for Entropy when not attack capped, so that's...something?
Tali'ah set isn't that great unless you're both struggling for accuracy.

Tali'ah set as a whole, no, but it has some good pieces you can mix and match to provide acc/stat for both pet and master. Head/Body/Feet come particularly to mind.
Only piece I use on PUP is legs.
