I tried uploading an avi that was a gif. when it was 100X100 it was too big. but when shrank to 50X50 it fits the size limit, but it still wouldnt upload.
I think if the avi is smaller then 100X100 it re sizes it to 100X100 and then it gets to big to upload.

I would like to thank you all for the help you have provided. Resizing to exactly 100 x 100 seemed to have solved the issue at hand. You all have my eternal gratitude. May we feast in the hall of the gods.
