That Platinum Moogle Belt is sick and I'd probably not bother with Flume Belt +1 for PDT sets because the HP is so significant, especially on high HP jobs like DRK and MNK, but even more so for others who sometimes struggle to get their HP up.
I also appreciate the nod SE is giving to those who missed out on getting the +3% Gold Moogle Belt back in the day. Most DRKs have had to put up with Oneiros Belt (+55) on Dread Spikes sets for years, and this easily puts that to bed. Rocking 3-6k HP (if they can't MB Drain III) means the belt gives a sizable 300-600 HP on top. Of course, it is useful for a magic damage set, but it depends if you want to lose the elemental resistances. I'd probably use Engraved/Carrier's if negating elemental damage is essential, and Moogle for when enfeebles are causing headaches. Although the magic evasion isn't beating Asklepian's +20, many jobs (like RUN) are exempt. Only WAR/PLD/DRK/BST/DRG can use Asklepian, and it offers no other useful stats to negate damage other than Magic Defense Bonus+3.

Am I crazy or is the mission this time around... REALLY short and lacking? Like, why did this take longer than 5 minutes to program?

Even if it doesn't have a use for engaged sets on some jobs, practically every job probably wants a platinum moogle belt for their idle sets. Very nice addition.

You can pair it with Warder's Charm, but you will miss dark/light res. Also I generally don't like to put too much HP in idle, because whenever I swap to engage/precast/midcast you lose all that HP anyway and when you get back to idle, you can even be in yellow HP if you overtune it with stuff like Moonlight Cape or this belt. You can get blood aggro then or die from some %MAXHP attacks. Unless you just tank and plan to use this belt in all sets I guess.
