What happens if you floor your ACC during a SA ws using this?
Do you guarantee the multihit ws?

But that only applies to the extra hits of the multihit WS, not any extra hits not part of the WS via multihit procs, does it not?

ie: SA Evis with TA proc on either hand
Main hit 1 100%
sub hit 2 100%
extra 4 hits from the WS hits 3-6 not 100%
TA either hand hits 7-8 100%

I'm not sure if extra hits from multi-hit weapons (or armor in this case) are 100% accuracy through SA/TA though.

I dont really see any shame here. Please provide at least one scenario, where you would be able to drop accuracy to 20% and where 5 extra hits would significantly improve 1hit WS. You would do what, change to 75lv gear to decrease accuracy somehow?

how would you even go about getting your accuracy to the 20% hit rate without also tanking your WS's damage to begin with? with how much stat vomit is on gear, I would imagine you would need to be standing around in Peacekeepers Coalition gear at best, and I suspect that would still be a bit too high, plus these Inventory -1 on your hands.

No, SA only makes the first MH and OH hit 100%. The remaining hits will be based on your accuracy, and if you have bad enough accuracy that the gloves would proc anyways even if they did work on WS, you'd probably miss.
