stat bumps are about as expected, nothing insane. honestly the DT- bumps are smaller than expected but they were high to begin with
Mildly underwhelming considering it's basically +1 across the board and +5 to base stat
"Treasure Hunter"+5 on The thf footies though, that's nice, you theoretically cap your TH with 1 slot. Really not much room to debate full timing TH or not with that.

also SCH did get the +25 Klimaform gross The wsd is higher than the +2, but they clearly pumped the brakes rather than let the next Nyame rp tier be too far behind.
I hope they boosted the set bonus for this.
things outside the stat vomit that caught my eye:
GEO head didn't gain any extra "Luopan:Regen" from the +2 version, but the feet did gain 5 more "Indi Duration". the Dread Spikes bump on DRK+3 body was a full 10% more, not the 5% I think most expected. BLM body....man I wonder if there are bursting builds that will lose the Ea+1 body just due to all that insane MAB on it, and how easy it is for BLM to cap MBB1.

SMN horn +3 is still god tier, hopefully now this will push more people to be able to reach the 20sec recast that only a small handfull of SMNs are able to do.

+3% PDL upgrade from +2 version for total of +10, gonna be worth using those for a lot of jobs

It is, yeah. The text was correct on the NQ and +1 reforged bodies, so it's a little strange they got it confused on +2 and +3. Hopefully fixed soon lol
So they went and did it.
No upgrade on +X song on BRD gear on the +2 Empy. "But Sechs, that's what +3 empy is for!" Yeah right... I can't believe they really did that. Years and years and years of wait and they dared do do it. THEY DARED TO. /unsubscribe No but really, it was honestly quite a stupid move on their side, like many many others they did with Empy reforge. Glad some jobs really got insane new pieces, but alas that's not the case for BRD and many other jobs. Unless I missed something, my impression is that +3 changes nothing in the idea we got from this gear when they released +2. The pieces that were good or promising with the +2 version, are indeed even better with the +3. The thing is that +3 is no saving grace for all those other pieces which didn't exactly look particularly interesting at +2, and alas there's a lot and they seem to be concentrated on a few jobs rather than distributed sorta evenly.

No +2 songs is disappointing.
I had no hopes for NIN set beside feet and no surprises Everything that was good at+2 is great at +3, what was crazy is now godly (like SCH feet, BST body and DNC head). I wonder if they messed up with set proc, that might be the last hope for some of those items/sets (not for NIN tho). Edit: Also I expect we are getting whole other area similar to part 1 and all those NMs they mentioned to not be here until November are four area bosses. So we are only getting chests and 4 roaming NMs probably Edit: also they addressed real issue in Ambuscade with Lamias and made readying time longer. Eiryl should be disappointed SE did something right finally XD Edit: why can't we store +3 items on porter Moogle this month, when we had slip 30 available since last update like wtf...

How come in 2022 , translating JP to english is impossible for S.E ?
Too lazy , Too Dumb, or just don't give a ***about anything not JP.... And we are not talking about pages, but few lines ..... Japanese hard workers, they say ....... Please proove me wrong !!! You get what you pay for, and FFXI is not exactly rolling in funds.

Japanese developers don't do English translations, it's western people that can speak JP. Business division 3 (FFXI, FFXIV, FFXVI) has a translation unit for all their games, they mainly do work on XIV and XVI and so they don't have much time or care about doing XI work since it brings in the least money. They do it but it's not their main job, considering the situation we are lucky it's even as good as it is (also to be fair to them, it is pretty good, just sometimes bugged for a month or delayed) Man why the hell did se require you to enter the new area on every single job in order +3 the ***? Why not just make it one and done no matter the job? At this point it seem like a blessing that most of the gear sucks so it's not worth doing like nin but still man.

I mean we knew its gonna be like that for a long time (it was said in some update or translation from Freshly I dont remember now).
