It seems weird that you feel that "here to be productive" is a requirement for using the forum (most people lurk, which is inherently unproductive :D), but the person who you linked, made posts, 553 of them, and some recently (in dev tracker go figure...)

On one hand, this is probably implying anyone who cares enough to discuss the game is a clown. That's pretty counterproductive for a forum dedicated to the game. I personally hate that attitude, and the people like fonewear who push it extensively.
On the other hand, it's literally just an icon and we aren't at the level of thought crimes here yet. So, probably just get over it, they aren't even making rude posts.

It's akin to sexual harassment and I will seek legal action against you and all parties involved. This type of sexual misconduct should be frowned upon and I am surprised mods haven't taken action and makes me believe they too are guilty of sexual assault by letting this run rampant in their online forums. One post I saw had 20 likes... Disgusting.
This is the equivalent of Tea bagging in a game where you shoot people with guns to kill them to get points.
