Installation Error

Ive been trying to install the FFXI WOTG Collection on my friend's 360 but whenever we try to install it freezes and eventually says error during install. She had used to have POL and FFXI files on her HDD but has deleted them, but now it wont let us install the files. Has anyone else had this problem or anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
