I keep getting this error message and keep getting logged out of my account when trying to reactivate my service. Has this happened to anybody else? ALready tried the support website, but no answer yet.

NVM, solved the issue. You gotta keep retrying and retrying till the pages get through. Helps if you Go back a page then forward again until it stops giving you the message.
