Not an urgent thing, just thought I would mention since you said new titles were added. Those are the t1 sheol-gaol titles. I don't have the t2 or t3 titles to test those

Both are correct.
When examining the item the full name is Sakpata's Breastplate.
However if you look at the item in your inventory it's called Sakpata's Plate.
Much like Mendi. Earring vs Mendicant's Earring.
