Windower Errors

For the last couple of days my Windower has suddenly started having errors. When it loads I get a bunch of messages which say:
Error: Luacore - Failed to load plugin - (126) Module not found.
Error: autoexec - Failed to load plugin - (126) - Module not found.
I get these messages for luacore, autoexec, chatmon, config, delaymenot, ffxidb, statustimer and timers.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling windower but that hasn't fixed it.

Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?
