Profiles Deleting

So last week I booted up my Windower's profile shortcut and FFXI loaded into a vanilla Windower launcher with default addons/plugins/resolution. When I opened the main launcher I noticed that my profile was deleted. All of my addon/plugin settings were still saved to what I had it though. Fast forward to today and it happened again on me. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing issues like this.

I have had it happen a few years ago. It happen to me after updating ffxi for the first time through windower. I thought it was my kaspersky because of what their tech help saw but they couldn’t figure out why. Uninstalled kaspersky issue came back a week later so I uninstalled ffxi vanilla and windower. Installed brand new ffxi client updated then installed windower and never updated ffxi through windower again. No issues since I did that but who knows what did it.

I had the exact same issue last week. It sucks and wastes a lot of time.
