Items Duplication

I went on my character page and it shows I sold over 70 vials of Wyrm Blood. I only sold one. can anyone else see this?

A) I don't know about 70, your limit of sales showcased is 25 (you can increase it to 255 btw).
B) As long as you didn't dupe items ingame, does it really matter? I mean, who, besides you, really look at character pages for items sold? And even then, it's both delayed and doesn't affect your ingame character sales. Sure, it's nice to see if a certain item sold or not, but in all honesty, if it doesn't show here, you still look it up first thing when you log in.

But if you did dupe, Salvage Bans 2019, go!

Happens when the buyer uses packets to make the purchase and buys multiples before the game should've allowed it. Not sure why it happens, but that's absolutely the cause. Nothing to worry about on your end, and the buyer is also not receiving multiples.
