Question About Reward With Relic+3

Has anyone tried Reward with Relic +3 feet? Does it increase beyond current cap?

I can't confirm but normally anything that goes beyond an original cap is normally signified by "II". Such as Cure potency II +%, Magic Burst II +%, Magic damage taken II +% on aegis and i would assume they would do the same with reward which isn't the case for those feet.
