Gearswap Causing Stuttering

Like the title says, I've been getting this weird stuttering when I use any of my macros that trigger gearswap to well, swap gear. Or do anything, really. Happens on any job and completely freezes my game for about a quarter second when I press anything. Any help would really be appreciated because it's quite irritating.

Do you have passive trusts out? Or gaining a buff?

Nope, it's only when I try to do something.

if you are using coroutine.sleep(time) anywhere in your code this could be the cause

gearswap does not like sleep in almost any fashion
the only thing on a timer you can use is coroutine.schedule
