In Abyss or Escha or somewhere else ?

no just look up the monster family on wikipedia and go for the location with many spawns; abyssea is generally best due to high respawn rates and atmas. see if you can borrow a kraken club from a LS friend, it helps. alternatively, you can primeval brew.
Abyssea is your friend, i used HP regen, tp regen and MAB atma (cause it´s "kills with primal rend").

I did Aymur Trials in Abyssea
Lizards and birds in Misareux
Dragons in Grauberg
Aquans in Vunkerl
Plantoids in Konschtat, but I think tha mandy camps in Attohwa or Misareux are better

brew seems a huge waste for this
with tp atma and little else, you can pretty much ws constantly.
You 1 ws - 1 kill per mob
brew won't last long for that.
