Just tried adding Neptune's Staff to an item set. I had the same problem.
Add a 2nd apostrophe next to it as a workaround, i.e. Neptune''s Staff
I just type in Neptune and wait for the related item field to find it.

This does not.
Actually the Neptune does work, I tried it. When you type nept the auto-text drop menu comes down and it is on the bottom of the list as Neptune's Staff.
However the headsman's Ring is not added on the list, so that will need to be fixed.
