Ok I'm sure that there is a way to do this. But how do I reset the list of stored gear info. I have changed servers and names so when i look up something it gives me both sets of info current server and old server/char's name

I don't know of a way to do it in game but here is how you can manually. If you simply want to reset all of the data (easiest) then delete the addons/findAll/data/storage.json file. If you want to delete specific data for characters then you need to open it up and delete the key-value pair associated with your character.

storages.json is a text file, you can edit it with Notepad or Notepad++. If you decide to nuke it you should log all your characters back in once to refresh their data.
