I haven't been able to confirm one way or the other personally, or by reading, so I wanted to directly ask.
In dyna, if you lock your subjob, will trusts proc a white "!!"? From what I have seen personally I am betting NOT, but i saw somewhere they can.

Bumping this up as i was going to ask the same question.
Any Trust we can get now and which uses abilities ( and can proc "!!" ) other than Lilisette ( i think she uses steps ? ) and Mumor which will might be obtainable again this summer ?
Sad i came back last month and missed good ones like Uka, mayakov, luzaf, qultada and such... T_T

Lilisette doesn't use steps.
The stepping trusts are Mumor, Uka Tothlin, and Mayakov. If you can't get them, use tank trusts; they'll open with Provoke.

At the moment, Mumor Uka and Mayakov are not avaliable. Mumor is summer fest event only. Uka is Summerfest logins. and Mayakov has appeared randomly in Logins.
