Assualt Rank Listing

what do you have to do to get ffxiah to display your current assault rank? theres an assault rank listing on ffxiah for Captain so I know they have the rank in their system) yet Im Captain ingame (been so for months) yet it still has me as "First Lieutenant" infact when I do a captain search (on ffxiah) on shiva it doesnt show a single captain ranked person, we all know thers gotta be SOMEONNE on the server with that rank (myself included) sooo why doesnt ffxiah show it.

SE doesn't recognize the title on LS Community Website so it won't show here.
