if cure potency II works the way i'm guessing it will, it should be additive towards a second cure potency cap. cure potency caps at 50%, adding cure potency II 5% would place you at cure potency 55%. since there's not enough gear to test stat caps on tier IIs, it's kinda a moot point

is the double plan drop rate during event only? or it is an perm increase?. if its perm then we'll get 4x plan during event then?.
anyone else gettin a glutch where your weapon is gone and it looks like your fighting h2h but can still use the WS of the weapon you got on?
Eww. At least it's not worth upgrading lol.
happens sometimes when you get your weapon knocked off by encumberence with lockstyle on. The character model doesn't seem to reload after you re-equip.

SE mentioned that spending MP on bloodpacts would increase the potency now. Increase varies based on how much mp you spend.
did you try using a BP? might be the "effects increase based on MP spent" thing only works for overcapping effects

Garuda's Favor: +Evasion 512 Skill: +22 Caller's Horn +2: +31 Titan's Favor: +defense 512 Skill: +71 Caller's Horn +2: +87 Blood pacts will not cause it to drop potency anymore and 2 high level blood pacts seem to cap a freshly summoned avatar (Hello Apogee). The potency still has a tic effect to reach max potency but blood pacts increase the potency at a faster rate. Avatar's Favor caps at exactly 2 minutes without blood pacts and as quick as 1 minute with bloodpacts. I capped Titan's favor in 1 minute by using 2 Mountain Busters. Potency is the same. How fast we get to the cap and it staying there has been improved. My linksack got demoted to a linkpearl after joining Unity :c

Either way, you still reach the same effect through time. We know about the second change; but they are separate changes. I talked to the NPC and decided to wait because of the ridiculous swapping requirements. I had also just posted in shell about the Unity bug and not 10 seconds later the warning came up.
Lets see how many people didn't notice that joining a Unity would downgrade your linkshell/sack. Pretty sure that's what the maintenance is about ( '-')b
