Because "100%" doesn't always mean "useful things" and "visible status symbols." Having all the runes enables you to create absolutely any type of maze, anyways.
While you're at it, you could try to assemble the Arcane Robe set from Voucher #09 mobs. It was when the devs briefly tried to bring back MMM at the 90 cap.

Does getting all Guild Point items and every torque count? Kinda counts as capping. I haven't played since the recent crafting torque update, but I can tell you this is gonna be a nightmare coming from the guy who has every craft 100+ with every GP item. Back in the day, it would take me an hour usually to do daily GP on all those characters lol.

basically fill all slips not seasonal related.
It'll be a fairly big grind to get all the crafting titles too.
Christ I think I'd rather sever a limb than do all of that. Good luck.
I think obtaining an ergon weapon should also apply as it has a completely different quest series than other mythics. Have fun you three!

I remember a while back (years?) everyone got together with level 1 jobs and just destroyed everything in opposite city zones for like 3 weeks straight, just to get as many people as many outposts as possible. Really surprised that (nearly) an entire server worked together for a single goal for so long.
When SMN burns were a regular occurrence in Korroloka Tunnel you could see Gustaberg going to Sandy or Windy for weeks on end.

Both are very easily attainable, especially if you have a linkshell.
1. Have 6 people sign up for ballista. Once they sign up for an official match, they can warp.
2. Have 1 person stay behind and act as your mule, or load a second account to the battle. Kill him non-stop, and score petras.
3. Wait til match ends.
4. Sign up with the
5. Get your chevrons, likely Gold and your <job> chevron.
6. Rinse/Repeat for all other jobs, and Mythril, Silver, Bronze.
Edit: you will get the "Rook Buster" title occasionally for just signing up for the ranking or participating in a match randomly. That title is easy to get.

Taking over an area, even if it's an area that is almost always controlled by a nation, is easy. That's what EF (Expeditionary Force) is for.
I've been working on a similar list that also includes some things you might not have listed:
- Doing every BCNM/KCNM/etc. at least once.
- Get Captain rank, and Medal of Altana.
- Doing every WoG Campaign Op for every nation at least once (they do show up under completed quests). This might be tough depending on the server. Good luck trying to do something like Fiat Lux.
- Get all spells, including the current 182 BLU spells.
- Every Voidwatch KI.
- There's also a few quests and miniquests that don't show up under completed.
My advice, however, is to be reasonable. Getting all titles, or leveling up all monstrosity races to 99 seems would not make it to my list. But hey, as long as you're enjoying yourself go for it, and good luck!

Good question. I've been wondering it myself over the last couple of years. I held off thinking about it because, well, to me, FFXI is the never ending game. I'm not sure I want to complete it.
Plus, I read (somewhere the developers are looking to add stuff to keep FFXI alive - maybe even another expansion pack).
In addition to your list in the first message, I'd add:
1) All skills - magic and weapons - to cap.
2) All jobs to Master.
I'm sure there are other things, but I'll have to think and add to this message.
