Skipping Problems

Hi. On my mules windower instance i've been having this problemf or the past 2 or 3 days. Randomly the entire game skips every 4 seconds. I dont think it's my internet because my main account on my xbox never skips. Any idea why? It isnt the biggest deal but it's a problem I would like to get solved. Thank you !

sounds like hardware issue, most likely videocard.
