Connection

Anyone else unable to connect to server? I can log in and get all the way to character selection until i get the black loading screen right before you see your character, then time out. My connection is fine i live less than 100 yards from a hub and thus fiber optics equipped, no power outages and no ports closed.

It's been this way for about 2+ hours now. It's annoying as ****. POL and Final Fantasy XI have like at least 10 different checks they have to make before you can log on and connections are breaking or timing out at any random one of them. I didn't even know there was a "Group Friends List", but my viewer got hung up there way back when POL was starting to break.



That was taken at 6:45 AM and it's not 8:57 AM so this has been going on for two hours. It's strange that they havn't fixed it faster since this is during Japanese evening play time.

I was able to log in. weird. Hope you able to do the same.

This has been happening to me too lately, I just close and restart over and over until it works. Happened during an NNI run the other day and took me half an hour to get back on /ragequit.
