I've been trying to register on the Community Linkshell portal for the last week and have had the notice that is is under construction. Is this a permanent construction or am I to register my character's linkshell in a different way now so that I can update my page on a regular basis?

)been on break for a few months, so not sure what's going on, sorry If I posted this in the wrong spot)
