Crashing On Startup

Windower4 started crashing when opening movie window pops up, getting the text "Error opening client connection"

Any ideas to what may be causing it? (I'm not very tech-oriented)

Tried to reinstall it, now it just crash before opening POL >.<

how do you do that? because i load all my plug-ins thats bout where i freeze and crash also.
