Wooden Flowerpots?

Hello! Just wanted to try asking here since I can't seem to find any information on it online. So do Wooden flowerpots have some special hidden effect like Arcane flowerpots do? They seem to be popular and are the only quested flowerpot other than the Arcane but no one seems to know when I ask them. Thanks!

Wooden Flowerpots can give harvests almost as large as to Arcane but they are as fast as the crafted and NPC purchased pots.

I experimented with them shortly before I kinda moved away from gardening. Unbeaten as to yield / time / space. Well, for Wildgrass seeds, tree cuttings, and tree saplings. Didn't try much else.

The best gardening reference site of all time, Pikko Pots, went down before they were available or more would be known about them.

So they grow faster than arcane for saplings?
