Maat Gear Help

I'm trying to get ready to fight Maat and I think I need help with what sort of gear to use. Idk how hard this fight is since I can't seem to get a common consensus from just browsing around. That, coupled with the fact that my blu lb fight took me six tries, has me a bit worried.

Here's a set I worked out on my own. I have no clue what to put in the ammo slot or the other earring slot. Also, I'm not sure if the counter+ gear is worth whatever I would be sacrificing. (Again, I can't seem to find a consensus on whether counterstance is recommended or not.)

I have a brown belt, but I thought maybe the accuracy of virtuouso would trump the haste/str from the brown belt.

And lastly, I know about cross-counters, but if I could win without spending 500k on ccs then I would rather do that.

High skill you shouldn't need to worry about Acc so Brown Belt is better. A good ammo would be Smart Grenade or Tiphia Sting.

BLU is notoriously difficult, so don't use that as a basis to prepare against Maat.
