% Of Dmg Increase From 95 To 99 Spharai

does anyone know the % of dmg increase from 95 to 99 Spharai? Considering Final Heaven is still worthless at level 99. In one hand i have enough to upgrade and then some with nothing to buy, but im also tempted to hoard gil until the update. Any rough percentage in DMG increase would be appreciated if anyone can math out the weapon.
