How Are Achievements Calculated?

I just got like 200 achievment points acording to the site since my last update, but all I got was around 104 points for leveling thm up 1 level. Do achievements get calculated towards your score or what? I'm wondering as I had just passed around 200 people with level 50 in all jobs but 0 achievements.
