News About Flash And Why Everyone Should Update

i just wanted to let everyone know that i found something online that is saying flash found a bug in the program that lets a attacker get in the best thing u can do is update from the adobe.com website


btw sorry if this sounds like a troll
but it is not i just thought i would give u a heads up so everyone that sees this can update there flash program to better help them stay safe.

talk about flash and more or less what u think about it here if u want.

flash has always had bugs and security holes since well...forever lol.

the best thing you can do for yourself is run noscript/adblock, and only allow certain sites that you trust to run scripts on startup (ffxiah.com etc)

but that being said, i'm sure adobe will push this out as an automatic update shortly.

I know I'm always posting this type of stuff here but can never see it enough. It's my home page at work since this is what I do for a living and I'd suggest subscribing to their RSS feed.

Doubt you have anything to worry about since people with the skills to do something about this aren't the ones looking to steal FFXI accounts. Now in 3-4 weeks when pentest plugins are released open source, then I'd worry if you haven't patched it yet ;)
