Payment Problems...

Hi all,

I was wondering why I can't pay my FFXI Account?

I pay through CnB - Crysta at:
https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/Login?cont=account

I tried to pay but it gives me this notice:

Payment rejected – please use another credit card or contact our Service Team.
I know it is not my Card/Bank. I just bought snacks at my gasstation just a couple hrs ago.

Why can't I make a payment?

I had to use Paypal because my card rejects click and buy. My card rejects all foreign companies though, so yours may do that as well. They have an option to pay directly with your credit card now instead of using crysta. I don't know if that will make any difference, but it's worth a try.

Ok, I Updated my Payment information at the (Register/Update Payment Method)...and added in my Card information. This is paying directly with my card right? And is it automatically paid per month or...?

Yes, I believe it's automatically paid for each month.

Nevermind, I think I did that wrong. Went to Payment options. Said 'Crysta' changed/updated payments via Credit Card.

I am trying to Switch Servers, back to my Home to Cerberus...
But it isn't letting me.

I have two options to pay for a Server Switch:
Crysta OR:
ClickandBuy.

I can't do Crysta (2,472), because I am short 28 Crysta and CnB rejects my payment for adding more Crysta.
And I can't do CnB directly, because it rejects my payment.

For Crysta: "You do not have enough Crysta.
Please try again after adding the necessary amount to your account."
For CnB: "Payment rejected – please use another credit card or contact our Service Team."

And my Credit Card is legit and valid. This is not the case.

How am I supposed to Server Switch if I can't pay for it in any possible way..?

I use Paypal to buy crysta via UltimatePay.

Server Switching/Payments were so much easier back in the day...<.<

Paypal doesn't work for you? My bank doesn't allow foreign transactions, but Paypal gets around that.

I tried it a few times, and nothing.

i just want to let u know crysta seems to be the best payment system they have and i will let u know why.

well depending on how much you need to pay a mouth u can get a free month now the road or even a add on or token.

also check to make sure u do not owe se any money i know with some games the card will not work if u are backed up on payments.
