Tried, they said I don't own the account, I put down everything to show that I own the account, and no luck :L

do this then i am sure they will know u own the account call them back up then give them the playonline id and not the ticket number ok they can still use the old playonline system to check all your data so i am sure they will say it is u after that if they do not post back and i will try to help if i can.

The problem is they've outsourced not only the production but all the shipping and handling to a 3rd party. So even if you call them to complain, they won't be able to tell you what's going on because they honestly don't know. 2 months is probably sufficient to claim it as undelivered, but it won't help you get one any sooner. In my case I submitted the claim and ended up getting the first one I ordered, as I said, 6 months down the line and the "replacement" came 2 months after that.
it really should not take 6 months but good thing u got it may i ask what u did with the other one they sent u.
