What you're doing is comparing a relatively large damage difference to an incredibly small damage difference. If I wanted to say that it was ideal, I would, however I personally never mentioned anything about posting an "ideal" set, in fact when I posted a set I specifically mentioned that I was not including Khepri due to the small chance of getting them, thus posting a sub-optimal set that is still well into the range of top-tier equipment sets.

Also worth noting that Thaumas pants, Mantis eye, and some other gearswaps would be optimal on certain NMs where your hitrate is uncapped. There is no single ideal gear set.

However I can say with utmost confidence that 0 ideal gearsets will ever include a Khanda.

On Topic. If one doesn't have Thaumas Gear and uses athos feet/legs and/or it's a day where athos hands > myrmex mittens, how would Athos body stack up in a situation where it's adding 3% Crit rate as well due to set bonus?

I very rarely use blu, but when I do my body options are Athos body or Tessera Saio, and I've been using Athos feet

You guys set the rules here. I got hammered for using the word ideal. So I posted an absolute ideal. And now I see you guys backtrack... wait change that ring, we don't need extra inventory. We'll do slightly less damage which is really negligible but it'll be ok.

So now you're saying personally, that you wouldn't include anything that you has a small chance of even being obtained. Well don't that beat all. So we're back to posting sets that reflect an ideal tempered by what we think we can obtain, which is what I did at the start.

My biggest error was in its naming, perhaps I should have just labeled it "Crit+/DMG set."

This is something I wanted answered from start. In the set I had posted. BODY/HANDS/LEGS = +9 CRIT DMG & 4% to crit rate (3% from first pair + 1% from next piece)

It's already been answered. It's not better than thaumas. I already answered the question about athos gloves as well.

It'd be pretty fun for procing with those massive tp drains. I'd still like some solid info on how it works (proc rate and average drain ect) though if anyone can point me to it.
