Dynamis every 24 hours

I know you can run dynamis once a day now. I can seem to find any info if that is every 24 hours after you enter/exit or is it once every earth day? Based on JP midnight? Can someone clear this up for me? Thanks!

Yep the clock resets at JP midnight so you could potentially do 2x dynamis in 1 day if u time it right.

I was also wondering up this. Is it based on the time you enter or the time you exit (enter 15 minutes before JP midnight and go in again right after you exit)?
