Here's my solution since most of it boils down to KB, Nid and Aspid. KS99 runs should be the same mobs with the same drops and kill difficulty as their ingame counterparts. When you trade the orb there is a small chance you get the King version instead of the NQ. Simple.

hnms arent even that bad ok sure ppl bot them but all this slavery talk is non sense u dont HAVE to sit there for a full 15min - 3 hour and wait for pop the monsters have 30min windows. u got a 30min break to go do whatever the fuk u want and i'm sure most of u fatties that play this game could use a few pushups or situps

lol I know about that but that's the "day" it came out and again it can be a "ENM" need to wait 1 full week to redo
you guys are taking it waaaaaaay over-board seriously. This can work out perfectly and be a wonderful thing for small ls that cant have all its member camp something for 12hr+ or compete with 45+ HNM hardcore campers.

Eh, rather than limiting every NM to one specific method of being able to claim/get it's items, having more options to fight and obtain the items would be best. Similar to the whole nyzul thing. Obviously this would need it's own system to function but there's no reason why everything should be obtained by only one way. Just look at BB items~

See? SE was kind enough to the monks that don't have a LS fortunate enough to possess sophisticated bots a chance to get their black belts from KSNM. Isn't that so generous? :3
you know what the problem with this thread is? The problem isn't people being uber and knowing how to kill a mob. The problem is crappy players with good bots killing the stuff over and over. How many OMG we're pimp we've killed Nidhogg a gabazillion times but oh wait we just lost 10 ppl to the banhammer threads do we need?
Have you done those KS99s? I think I've seen more Speed Belts than I have seen Beards.

no offense but if you have never camped a king why *** about it? it doesn't effect you one bit lol.
and i doubt they will ever change kings, but the more we *** about it the more likely they are to do something.
i hope they do change it someday, with all the nasa bots out there its rly hard to claim nidhogg and aspid, kb isn't too bad tho.

I'd like to add, when it comes to HNM gear, u can also try a good einherjar shell. Bodies abj are good drop rates and u may also get V. gear. With a good shell u can do Odin twice a month. So here is another option for those of you that get frustrated in overcamped Kings, cuz i know i do. :p

Knowing BB items drop of NQ King really that wasn't a huge gift. Most of established HNMls have no use for BB items, they're sold right on the camp, the [Ex] tag is just fiction for these items, any monk can walk to drama aery, and offer gils to be allowed to lot BB items :/ NQ Behe and Turtle are easily claimed and killed, even if you have no bot, dunno on others server, but sometime on garuda nq behe pop unclaimed... Only exception is fafnir.
You cannot seriously compare items like d.ring / ridill and BB items :x Some items should remains exclusive to specific end-game activities. Once again these items ain't "necessary" to decently play FF XI, they're just bonus/epeen items, or w/e you call them. What's the point if everyone can have a d.ring ?

Well I did KS99 service on Balga's Dais (Wyrm), and beard dropped often. Like 1/4. while speed belt hardly dropped.

Solution in that case once again is banning botters, not *** up the gameplay. It's like saying dupers in salvage shouldn't be the only ones allowed to have their armor faster, let's make Salvage items drop of ISNM...

Einherjar? ^^ Can't get _all_ the items, but atleast abjs! As much as i would love a D.ring and stuff, i dont want them to make an easy event like something nyzule-ish able to drop it.. I like the game as it is now.
