Gearing Up My Monk

Hi I just rejoined the game after a year leave. My gear is as follows

Destroyers, smart grenade, turban, faith torque, aesir earring, brutal earring, shura togi, bando kote, the lvl 55 mandy rings, foragers mantle, black belt, byakko's haidate, fumas

I want an updated DoT gear setup. If you want to take the time to tell me some upgrades I'd appreciate it. Start out with the easiest ones to get please.

Also if you'd like to include a Weaponskill set for "Victory Smite" that'd be cool too.

Avoid Afflictors, Many of the seal nms for AF3+1 are a joke and usually spew out seals in our favor. You have black belt which is probably one of the most important pieces out there and allows for full Af3+2 set use.
