I have to imagine you've never gone up against a T4(or even a few T3) VW mob. There's virtually no way for you to 'go full-throttle' while staying alive for more than a minute, nor is there any way for you to keep up with a MNK using their premier weapon and its WS.

Abyssea NMs do not count as "significant", haven't for over a year now really.
Voidwatch is definitely DD tankable (PLD better when holding adds obviously), but you can't safely go "balls to the wall".

here is my question: Which WS belt is really for Torcleaver, Light Belt or Snow belt? I've seen mix of those in people's WS setups, but according to wiki, Torcleaver didn't list under light belt's WS list. Thanks.

Light, Snow and Aqua Belt work for it, but you shouldn't be using ele belts. Anguinus Belt or Warwolf Belt with attack augment are better.
I was thinking of switching merits from STR8/8 over to VIT8/8. Gear wise STR is much easier to come by than VIT is. For a PLD they can easily come by for VIT than a DRK can.
You wanna see how much of a difference stats matter go ws on oh dragua with your current set then next pop use a brew tell me the difference. Using same atma's also. Buffs wont matter on second kill since it's all capped.

FSTR still matters outside abyssea, and thats where DRK is a strong job, dumping your STR merits would be a huge mistake.

Heafoc outside for sure, and Augmented Armada/Versa inside.
Ok cool, saves me the trouble of getting armada\versa then :P

Another question : Snow gorget or Apathy?
Pretty sure Apathy beats Snow, Detzu. Your build is pretty much mine aside tp bonus earring, feet, and legs. I use Jingang legs/feet, and Brutals (only out of laziness for completing WotG). Heafoc is good for outside, augmented Versa/Ada hands for inside.

Augmented ada hands with +5 vit will win outside also assuming capped fSTR.
Af3+2 legs are a fine option, dont want to lose too much str/atk for vit.
Jingang feet are best for the slot.
Rajas for Xhit in place of spiral, if not needed then stick to spiral.
Brutal earring will out do bale for overall dmg.
