Is there a way through tags to insert a hyperlink into the upper profile comment section on a user page?

For example on my page http://www.ffxivpro.com/player/Fabul/Suterusu-Kusanagi at the top I have a URL but it cannot be clicked. Any way to make that hyperlinked?
