Used in the "Moogles in the Wild" mog safe expansion quest. Gotta have it in your mog house for about a day and after a conquest tally for it to activate, and a Raptor Mantle and a Wool Hat for your moogle to expand your safe from 70 to 80 slots.
is this priced correctly? couldn't this be used to make insane stacks of gil skilling up goldsmithing from 45 to 50? (instead of bleeding gil with gold ingots)
