Ok there are multiple ways to craft this thing. Here's the simplest (Event)
Alchemy (Amateur 0-10) No need for synergy
Earth Crystal
Puny Planet Kit: 60 point goldfish scooping reward "A stellar surprise"
Cosmic Designs: Turn in 10+ syncs (2 games) on Mumor's act, while wearing Himegami/Hikogami Yukata (Obtained by turning in 10+ Syncs in Mumor's game)
Comet Fragment Win any nation game while wearing Himegami/Hikogami Yukata which unlocks Hard Mode (9+ Differences Sandy/35+ Chicks Windy/30+ Monsters Bastok)

To correct Lakshmi.Reshi, the Puny Planet Kit is from the 60 point reward from scooping. It's "A Stellar Surprise" the 70 point reward, will just give you crafting materials for last years cages.

It's an Adept Synergy syth, needing Woodworking main and Alchemy sub. Also of note, the ingredients SE listed is WRONG. Uses an Ancient lumber rather then a Sanctified lumber. They made the same screw up on Chocobo Carvings on that update as well. Seems they can't translate their own ***.

Also, like the Galley Kitchen, it's a Rare/EX furnishing that cannot be D-boxed. Meaning the person wanting it will have to trade the ingredients to the Synergy Furnace.
