	Hopefully this information is useful to somebody If you have 88 smithing and ranked up with the guild you can purchase the emblem to make your stall; however you do need 90 skill to actually commence synergy. Skill+ from gear does work to this requirement. I was allowed to synergize my stall at 88 smithing +2 from smithy neck. 2020-06-02 01:25:43
