Do yourself a favor, and don't overpay for these!!
- to reforge NQ relic gear with 100's that cost 500k, to make these equal value they would have to cost 20k or less.
- to reforge NQ relic gear with 100's that cost 600k, to make these equal value they would have to cost 24k or less.
- to reforge NQ relic gear with 100's that cost 700k, to make these equal value they would have to cost 28k or less.
- to reforge NQ relic gear with 100's that cost 800k, to make these equal value they would have to cost 32k or less.
Etc, etc, you get the idea.
I still always see these at 40-50k or more. I seriously hope people still aren't paying that much for them :x

Currently it is cheaper to Reforge from Head Relic+1 and 100 Piece over using Forgotten thoughts to get Relic+2. Forgotten Thoughts would need to be around 25k to be the same price as 100 Pieces.
I tihnk perhaps one reason why some people choose to go with these instead of reforging from +1, is that it also costs twice as many tales to do so. Of course, it's not all that hard to get more tales, but it takes some time, and time is money.
Since you can upgrade directly to 109 with two 100-piece currencies I don't know who's stupider: the people selling these for over 25k or the ones buying them for over 25k.
The only major issue of farming these is that RMT are always camping out the top floor of Tavnazia, making it near impossible to farm them. Tavnazia constantly has at least 1 THF/DNC farming in there 24/7.
Its not necessarily a specific headpiece that drives the prices. Its the rarity of the drop. They only drop from Dyna-Beaucedine and Dyna-Tav. Both those zones are with limited access. However, if you want one piece... The DNC head alone is worth the upgrade.
