While Sword Enhancment does nothing for us still, and Magic Damage in this low of an amount will not help our nukes really except maybe T1s, the Cure Potency can be nice, and is the highest CP in slot. Its nothing amazing, but hey, I take what I can get at this point.
Tempered Cape will in most situations win out because of the Healing Skill +4 for cures. There are more efficient slots to squeeze out that extra 2% potency if needed, but it's likely not needed.
