As goofy as the stats are on this piece, it actually looks like a very nice Stun macro piece. +15 mAcc and some Haste for CD time all in one package.

Also looks like an excellent piece for Repose, Slow, Paralyze, Addle, and various WHM nukes.

This piece is actually quite good for mnd enfeebling on a job like whm where you will be high enough on mnd already. In that instance, this would beat hyaline hat (and orvail corona). It could be considered for BRD enfeebs, but Hyaline hat/a'as would most likely win due to the chr.

After the latest update, this hat actually has more macc than Nahtirah, as well as the same amount of haste, so it's really not a bad alternative if you can't get in a Muyingwa kill. If you have both, the 10% FC on Nahtirah is probably more worthwhile than the tiny bit of Macc (especially for stunners). As another alternatative, Buremte Hat has more macc then them both, but lacks both haste and FC.

This really isn't bad piece due to the recast from haste and the extra macc. Sadly, I'll probably be schlubing around in Orvail Corona.

i really dont think the +5 macc makes this hat worth keeping...if you dont have Hyaline, then yes, i guess you can get some use outta this, but if you already do...this imo is almost worthless
