Not even worth +1ing this PoS.
Mana Cede: a pretty worthless ability
Perp cost: if you need these to cap perp, you're doing SMN wrong
+30acc, pretty good actually... But not worth the loss of everything else comparable pieces give you in this slot (haste)
Not even worth having for the set bonus now that BPdmg is all over Helios pieces.

This is probably the biggest waste of pages and etchings...
