Procs on elemental weapon skills resulting in a straight up 25% increase in weapon skill damage when it procs.
Potentially a nice addition to a RDM Seraph Blade set. Also procs on En-spells. Will probably become even better when SE adds more gears with Magic Crit Rate II so get them now while they're cheap.
Greatly increase the resulting magical weaponskill damage. When it procs, the additional 25% is calculated after the base fomula. My RDM's Seraph Blade passed from 54k to 72k without proper buff.
