Not sure if its a glitch or just a visual error, but the Summoning Magic Skill+5 does not register on your Skills Menu, which it should as its not part of the "Special" Ilv skills.
This combined with the Hagondes augments make me wonder if SE is possibly considering/challenging GEO/SMN, SCH/SMN or BLM/SMN a viable idea for some content. You'd have a lot of buffing possibilities such as Hastega, Phalanxga, Stoneskinga, Stats+ga, additional protect/shell effect and Springwater(heal+erase) just to name a few.
